The Glow Shroom is a consumable item that replenishes health.

Location

Glow shrooms can be found in the cave slightly north of the treehouse (a boulder needs to be broken, and a rope is required to get down into the cave). They are also found inside the Dark Maze.

Glow shrooms can also be grown from glow seeds.
